The Fish

There has also not been any research done on our freshwater fish species present on the Island, the following is a list of what we do know is present.

Freshwater -
Inanga, Eels, common Bullies

Saltwater -
Flounder, Snapper, Kahawai, Yellow-eyed Mullet, Trevally, Gurnard, Parori (Black Snapper), Stargazers, Stingrays, Sharks, Bronze Whalers.
